how did usa design WORST livelihoods education system in developed world

,,,where did this analysins come from?
this analysis did not come from proessioanls and unions caght within the system
it did come from a book written in 1983 where researchers of markets and societies believed that as the digita;l world of connectyivity blended with the real world eduction for livelihoods would become the economy; over 15 yeras of debates with all sorts of leaders had provided clues to the ideas we tried to explore so that everyone could ebjoy not fear this unprecdenetd chnage
something happened - in 1994 one of our team spent a year being paid to research the life of failies where bots had haemophilia

what emerged was everyone (the child , the family, the community) wanted a time line- throughout the cholds life what would be the next big chalenge that child would face, and how could he get knowldeg from older peers who had experinecd the chanlenged and succeeded in growing past it

this group had dozens of peculair disadvantags - at that time there was no risk of a 11 yera old hamephilia boy having HIV but a few yeras earlier ther had been because through no fault of their own the blood transfusion trearment needed had gpt contamninated- therefore there was a soicl stigamtism for being a child with haeomphilia in school and society which took on diferent forms through the ages of groeing from infant to child to adoleecent to the first time liveing away from home

you can really see the problems of any education ssytems of you dare research a life in te day of a disdantaged group (timeline a list of challenges so that a chold and parnets and teachers can see  what those are ahead of time and maximise eleder peer support or fomr other relevant solution

if we falsh foward to americ then the problem in 1918 is that 25 yeras ago, the socila contract with kids was if you are diadvantaged there will still be a money paying job; in most cases that job wont be socially ful=filing apart from making money which you may find a way to fulfil yourself but any way there will be a job if you obey the syystems way of examining you; in 2018 we have the same system but the reality is in ten yeras time there wont be jobs for half of the hldrn going through the system uness its chnaged; this s because there's a huge amount of work to do to rebuoild community but we havent designed education so that many children can apprentice in being community builders.. this is a failure that is pisnning around a majority of children not just a disadvantaged few; however thise coming with an extra discdvantage ncluding being a girl have extra chalenges their lidfe in a day eed help preooing for ahead of time- we mention girls because when a community is unsafe girls are disproprtinate losers though of course what happens to boys can be emotionally destroying too

3 how to explien relevance of the world's mist joyful poor girls education system to brroklyns worst system for boys
4 how to open space in china and usa's toughest communities
5 what happens whne a politically incorrect white celebrity midhalel moore acidentally debroefd black teenagers on how the rest of teh workd diesnt treat black yout the way america does
6 whst hapens when 30 national leaders tell the united nations delegates that they are designing gobal education to destroy half of all youth livelihoods
7 whatt happens to us medi when trump wins the election
    badwill media half century continued
..........the problem in america needs to involve every potential role player in building community such as:
child , teacher, parent, shoolc psychologist, bureauicrat, lawyer, other members who host community organsiations, the polce te health service etc -then every ayer of government and veted interesy up from th elocal ..because the system isnt smart enugh doesnt open space (ie question, learn whats chnaging) relationshops between them and siloises intsead the child takes all the blame and gets none of the help- the system perpetuates itself - in other words it continues making the community worse and worse instead of empowering the youth to grow up as a community buider and to develop livelihhods around such service and knowledeg - even as the communicatiosntehnolgy should nw be designing apps that help youth tyake solutions from one place and translate them where analagous to community bulding in their place as well as in their virtual networking. all the school hours are wrongly designed; all the bodrers between what is the school's responsibiloty and what is parents or the community's responsibility are regulated by nore and more rules none of which would be posiblre to joyfully grow up with if you were the child.......................
