She holds Masters in Globalisation, Business and Development Studies from the prestigious Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex. She also looked into how to finance solar energy using blended finance as constant power supply massively contributes to Africa’s human development. That said, Naa is incredibly passionate about education especially TVET because she believes it’s a critical tool that young people can harness to unlock their potential and develop at optimal levels. She is keen on using education and media communication as tools for (youth) Development. She believes that effective delivery of Technical and Vocational Education training has the potential to address the gaps in education globally. To this end, Naa is developing career, leadership and capacity building programs with the Future of Africa Awards and GUBA Careers 2018, which will allow young people to leverage on such opportunities to become more employable thereby achieving financial independence. When she is not researching on TVET effectiveness or how to finance renewables(solar) energy in Africa, she loves to mentor young people, hosting events as well as her radio show, which gives young people a voice while taking West Africa’s Afrobeats to the world, or simply baking and decorating cakes!
